Getting Started on your fitness journey
At Central Fitness it’s all about personal relationships, so getting to know you and your fitness goals is exceedingly important to us. We are mindful of any injuries, health issues, concerns or sensitivities you may have, and knowing this information ahead of time will help us to customize a workout program personalized to your specific needs. Before any training begins we require a consultation to evaluate your current fitness level so we can begin to design a blueprint of how to best achieve your goals. This initial consultation also presents you the opportunity to visit and explore our studio, and to meet one-on-one with one of our qualified fitness trainers. During the initial consultation (up to one hour) we’ll also go through a light workout program so that we can access your current fitness levels.
